Timothy Trecek is a shareholder and has been a member of the law firm since 1995. He concentrates his practice in the area of general personal injury cases, which encompasses everything from motor vehicle accidents to products liability cases. Mr. Trecek has worked on cases throughout the United States. Due to his significant trial experience, he has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.He was recognized in the January 25, 2006 issue of the Wisconsin Law Journal for holding three of the top five settlements in 2005. He has been chosen to appear in the Millennium Edition of Who's Who in American Law and also the 2002 edition of Who’s Who in America. Mr. Trecek has been requested by the Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court to serve a second term on the District 2 Committee of the Office of Lawyer Regulation.
Beginning in the Spring 2005 semester, Mr. Trecek will be teaching an Advanced Trial Practice course at Marquette University Law School. Mr. Trecek has given speeches to other lawyers on a variety of legal topics. Using his experience in child car seat defect cases, Mr. Trecek has given presentations to parents of pre-school children concerning the safe use of child car seats. Mr. Trecek is also actively involved in his church and the community.

LECTURES
In the spring of 2005, Mr. Trecek will begin teaching a course in Advance Trial Practice at Marquette University Law School. Mr. Trecek has previously served as a guest lecturer at Marquette. Mr. Trecek spoken at continuing legal education seminars given by the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Attorneys, the National Business Institute and Lorman.
He has also spoken to a group of people at a pre-school about the safety concerns of choosing and using child car seats.
