Ralph J. Tease, Jr. was born and raised in Green Bay. He is a 1978 graduate of St. Norbert College, where he lettered in football. He began his legal career as a
judicial intern to the Honorable John A. Decker, Wisconsin Court of Appeals Chief Judge. Following his graduating from Marquette University Law School in 1981, he became a tax attorney for a national accounting firm in Milwaukee. Subsequently, he returned to Green Bay and began his career as a civil litigation specialist. Mr. Tease is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and, for more than 20 years, has been working to protect the rights of the people of Northeastern Wisconsin who have been injured in accidents.
