Douglas Swanson is a shareholder at the law firm and works in the Waukesha office. Mr. Swanson's practice involves a wide variety of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, products liability, slip and falls, contractor negligence, landowner liability, dog bite claims, and nursing home incidents. Mr. Swanson has tried numerous cases throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Because of his trial experience, the National Board of Trial Advocacy has certified Mr. Swanson as a Civil Trial Specialist. Mr. Swanson has given talks about the law, and safety, at many Drivers’ Education Classes, and has participated in "Law Day" on several occasions. Mr. Swanson is a member of the Board of Directors for the Waukesha County Bar Association. He is also an active participant and vestry member of his church. Mr. Swanson and his family enjoy all outdoor activities, particularly golfing, running, and bicycling.

Mr. Swanson has coached 6th grade basketball and Little League. He is a past member of the Big Brother and Big Sister Program in Milwaukee.
