David Sunby is a shareholder at the law firm and he works in the Stevens Point, Wausau and Rhinelander offices. Mr. Sunby's practice consists of handling general personal injury claims, involving motor vehicle accidents, boating accidents, Injuries on property claims, product liability and dog bites. Mr. Sunby has tried over 60 jury trials in more than 20 different counties throughout Wisconsin. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1995. He is active in his community having served on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Marathon County and as a member of the Lake DuBay Lions Club and Habitat for Humanity of Wausau. He has given numerous talks about the law to service organizations and high schools as well as legal seminars. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing in the Wisconsin outdoors.
