Robert L. Jaskulski is a shareholder at the law firm and practices in the Milwaukee office. The emphasis of Mr. Jaskulski's law practice is personal injury litigation throughout the State of Wisconsin and the United States. Mr. Jaskulski's practice involves a wide range of cases, including medical malpractice, products liability, insurance bad faith and motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Jaskulski was involved in one of the largest insurance bad faith cases in Wisconsin and recently received the "Leaders in the Law" award from the Wisconsin Law Journal for his appellate work on insurance coverage issues. Through his involvement in Wisconsin Association for Justice, where he holds the office of President Elect for the organization , Mr. Jaskulski has been active in promoting the rights of Wisconsin consumers, and has testified numerous times before the Wisconsin legislature. Mr. Jaskulski has also given numerous seminars and authored several publications on the subject of personal injury litigation. Mr. Jaskulski is active with his church, and serves as a coach for youth baseball.

Mr. Jaskulski currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Litigation Section for the State Bar of Wisconsin. He also holds the office of Secretary for Wisconsin Association for Justice, and serves on its Amicus Brief Committee. Mr. Jaskulski has been asked to testify on numerous occasions before the Wisconsin Assembly and Senate on behalf of Wisconsin consumers. Mr. Jaskulski has given numerous seminar presentations on behalf of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Association for Justice. He has also served as a guest lecturer at Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Mr. Jaskulski is co-author of the chapter on Physical and Mental Examinations in Wisconsin Discovery Law and Practice (2nd ed. 1997) and the chapter on Jury Selection in Civil Procedure During Trial (1st ed. 1999).

Mr. Jaskulski is a member of St. Mary's Parish in Hales Corners, Wisconsin, and serves on the Parish Athletic Board and Festival Board. Mr. Jaskulski serves as a volunteer coach for the youth baseball.
