Attorney Chris Duesing is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and currently lives in Burlington with his wife, Lisa, and their two children. Since graduating from law school in 1995, his practice has been in the area of civil litigation with a primary focus on personal injury cases.
Mr. Duesing handles general personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, boating accidents, injuries from animals, contractor negligence, slip and fall accidents and other third party liability claims. He has conducted several jury trials in personal injury cases throughout Wisconsin. He is currently serving as the Treasurer and Secretary for the Walworth County Bar Association and is an active member of the Lions Club in his community. He is also a member of Wisconsin Association for Justice and American Association for Justice.

Mr. Duesing has given multiple lectures and presentations on the Negligence
of Motor Vehicle Passengers: Active Versus Passive, and Pre-verdict Interest
and Wisconsin Statute § 628.46. In 2001 he did a presentation on the Duty to Defend and Bifurcation.
